Apply for the MAFF Designation

One-time Designation Application Fee of $100 will be required upon submission of your MAFF Application.

Required Documentation
Please have the required information and attachments as noted below to complete your online MAFF application:

  • Two professional and two business references (Contact Name, Title, Telephone, E-mail, Firm Name, Address, City, State, ZIP)
  • Your Curriculum Vitae or Resume (PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, or JPG)
  • Your Busines Degree, year received, what Accredited College or University, and a copy of your diploma OR proof of Military Experience or Government Employee satisfies the requirement of a degree. (PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, or JPG)
  • Provide evidence of having met the Basic Experience Prerequisite or Advanced Training and/or Experience Prerequisite as detailed in the MAFF Qualifications.
